Mohan made her Bollywood debut with Vishal-Shekhar-made Student out of the Year (2012), where she played out the delicate number “Ishq Wala Love”, alongside Salim Merchant and Shekhar Ravjiani. She was next heard in “Jiya Re” from Jab Tak Hai Jaan which was made by A. R. Rahman.
